General Rental Policies

If you would like to see a table set-up, please call our office in advance. Our Event Specialist will have a table set with the party rentals of  your choice, Such as linens, China, Flatware, And Glassware. 

 

If you would like to see other Rental Items besides table settings, please contact our Event Specialist in advance so that we may have those rental items prepard for you.

Pricing

Pricing quoted is for a one-period charge, which is generally 2 days, depending on delivery and pickup dates.  Weekend rentals are typically from Friday to Monday with no additional extended rental fees.  If you wish to rent items over an extended period of time, please call our office for special rates.
 
Charges are based upon time out, whether used or not, so please make selections carefully.
 
We require a 50% deposit down  with a credit card on file for for all reservations.  The Balance is Due 7 days prior to event date. We Accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for payment.  If you choose to pay by cash or check, we would still require a credit card to be placed on file for security purposes only, Charge accounts are available to pre-approved customers only.

Delivery / Pick Up

We require a minimum order of $250  (not including delivery) to qualify for delivery. Delivery charge is an additional fee.  Please call for the delivery charge to your area.  Delivery is to the ground floor or garage within a reasonable distance of the loading area.  We recommend delivering items the day before the scheduled event.  We offer after-hours delivery or pick up for $375.00 minimum and up,

 

Tables and chairs should be stacked in the manner in which it was delivered.  All china, galssware, etc., should be rinsed, refuse-free and replaced in their delivery containers.  Linens will be delivered  on hangers with a plastic wrap over them.  Upon pick-up of the linens, they should be bagged, dry and refuse-free to prevent mildew and staining.  Additional charge will be applied if items do not meet the above conditions. 

We do not require a minimum for Customers who pick up, Customers are always welcome to pick up at our location.

Reservations/Cancellation Policy

Reservations are recommended. Equipment availability varies on the season and day of week. All reservations require a credit card and a vaild drivers license for security. No orders will be delivered until full payment is received.

There will be no charge for items cancelled more then 48 hours prior to delivery or pick up date. Because all reserved equipment is prepard, staged and packed, a 50%  restocking fee will apply.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

Loss or Damage

Responsibility for all equipment remains with the lessee from time of delivery to time of return.  Equipment must be secured and protected from the weather conditions  when not in use.  Charges will apply for replacement  of missing , broken or damaged equipment.
